SHIPPING CHARGES

Why can't I see my shipping charges when I order parts?
It is virtually impossible to build accurate shipping tables for all
types of shipments. Complex orders may include components
that are long and lightweight and/or small and heavy. Shipping
by air may be precluded by dangerous goods and/or the shape
and size of containers. Determination of shipping charges after
factory packing provides you with the most economical shipping.

DUPLICATE PARTS

Why do I see duplicate parts when I do a search?
The same part may be found under several Categories. This
provides you with several ways of exploring the store catalog.
However, if you search using the part number (SKU) or generic
name you will find every catalog listing of the same part(s).

CATALOG PARTS PHOTOS

Could we have better parts photos please?
The photos should be helpful in narrowing your search. However, you
should rely on the part number (SKU) as presented in the Assembly
Manual for your final purchase decision. In the coming months we
plan to improve and add to our catalog photos.

PARTS FOR OPTIONAL KITS

Why is the Optional Kit parts list short of duplicate parts?
Under OPTIONAL KITS (with parts list) you will find a list of
every unique part in that kit. Duplicate parts are not listed but
will automatically be supplied if the complete kit is ordered.
